Jekyll can render LaTex expressions using MathJax

For example, the Reimann zeta function

$$ \zeta(s) = \sum_{n=1}^{\infty}\frac{1}{n^s} $$

\[\zeta(s) = \sum_{n=1}^{\infty}\frac{1}{n^s}\]

The integral version

\zeta(s) = \frac{1}{\Gamma(s)} \int_{0}^{\infty} \frac{x ^ {s-1}}{e ^ x - 1} \mathrm{d}x

\[\zeta(s) = \frac{1}{\Gamma(s)} \int_{0}^{\infty} \frac{x ^ {s-1}}{e ^ x - 1} \mathrm{d}x\]
